Who we are

detalk.ai is run by Debound, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, STE 90699, Wilmington, DE 19802, US. This policy covers this website. The Detalk product has its own agreement, which you accept when you get access.

What we collect

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• What you type into the access request form: your email address and your message.
• Basic technical data our host records when any page is loaded, such as IP address, browser and time. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
• The language you choose with the switcher, kept in your own browser. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We do not sell your data.

• To reply to your request and set up access.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase stores the access requests. Both act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept while we are talking to you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Write to support@detalk.ai to see, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA or Korea's PIPA, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too.
